I remember these Kidkraft Fun on the Beach Sand Toys from my childhood days in the sandbox and at the beach! I recall using the spade and sieve to sift clean sand into the bucket. Then adding a little water and patting the soft warm mud into the star and fish molds. Raking fresh sand and filling the pail again with sand and water, dumping it over and tapping the bottom to create the foundation of a sand castle that I decorated with star and fish shapes. When my little brother was in a sharing frame of mind, we'd pool our two sets and build enormous sand fortresses with this simple and inexpensive toy set. The memories of those fun-filled hours caused me to buy two of these sets when my daughter was ready for sand play - more pieces, more potential for additional friend-play, and more fun!
