We bought this for our son while vacationing in NC in April 2006. We were going to leave it at the beach house, but it was such a great sand toy that we made room for it in our suitcase. He has used it everyday inside and outside of the house and it has not shown any wear and tear and he plays hard with it. I've looked for a year to buy another one to keep at grandpa and grandma's and finally found one. It's a great buy!
